Cambodia has streamlined its entry process with the introduction of an e-arrival card, replacing the cumbersome paper forms for immigration, health, and customs declarations. This digital solution offers travellers a convenient all-in-one platform for providing arrival information.

All travellers must complete the e-arrival card within seven days before their arrival. The application form is accessible on the official website or mobile app, which can be found on Google Play or the AppStore. Upon completion, travellers should save or screenshot the QR code before exiting the e-arrival card website. If using the mobile app, the QR Code can be retrieved after form submission, without an internet connection.

It’s important to note that all travellers, including those with a visa, must complete the e-arrival card.

In addition to simplifying the entry process, the new system allows travellers to pre-book an e-visa on arrival for various purposes, such as tourism, business, or official visits. Visa fees are payable upon arrival, providing added convenience.
