We stop at a 200-year-old Chinese shrine that was built on the riverbank near Wat Anongkharam during the Thonburi period. We continue to the site of the late Queen Mother’s former home, which now serves as a memorial museum. Our next stop is the Portuguese Santa Cruz Church before we take a stroll around the village of Kudi Chin, stopping at a bakery which is famed for its European-style products. We then return to the boat and continue to Wat Rakang, a unique triplex scripture hall that dates back over 200 years and was once the home of King Rama I.
