Payment and Cancellations

• Payment should be received at least 30 days before departure. Typically a deposit of 30% will be required at the time of booking. Specific conditions may apply
• GENERAL CHILDREN DISCOUNT:
  Any children between 02 – 12 years old traveling together and sharing room with parents:
  - Occupying 01 extra bed : 25% discount on tour Package (excluding flight)
  - Without extra bed : 50% discount on tour Package (excluding flight)
  - Any children occupying separate room: no discount (paying the same fare as adult price)

  Children below 02 years old and sharing room with parent will be free of charge but excluding activities

• CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TOURS & PACKAGES:
  Cancellation notice received:
  - Up to 30 days arrival in Indonesia : No charge
  - From 29 - 15 days prior to arrival : 25% of the total tour price
  - From 14 - 7 days prior to arrival : 50% of the total price
  - Within 7 days to arrival : 100% of the total price
• FOR HOTEL RESERVATION:
  Cancellations Policy refer to the hotel proposed and please note each hotel apply different policy for different season (high season/peak season/festive season period). This is will be advised upon booking.

• Transfer times and distances can vary depending on traffic, road conditions, local ceremonies & public holidays. Please allow flexibility with the time provided in this itinerary

• We also reserve the right to replace booked train journeys from Bandung to Yogyakarta or Yogyakarta to Surabaya by car transfers in this period, in case the trains are overbooked and the purchased train tickets are not honored.
• The trekking at Bromo is not suitable for people with walking difficulties
• In Bromo there is the opportunity to ride a horse, however we firmly discourage this option. Should you wish to try this experience, please do it on your own account
• Please note the ideal time to visit Bromo is during the dry season, April to November. At any time of the year, it's cold on these mountains and night temperatures can get down to around 2-5 Celsius
• The Bromo Tengger National Park is a popular getaway destination for local tourists, so the platform on the peak of Mt. Penanjakan can be very busy during weekends and public holidays. For those wishing to avoid the crowds, we recommend going after 8am
